It is very easy to use the BioPro RABIES ELISA Ab kit:
1. Dilute samples & controls
• incubate overnight (18-24 hours) at 2-8ºC
2. Wash 6 times, add Biotinylated anti-Rabies antibody
• incubate 30 minutes at 37ºC
3. Wash 4 times, add Streptaviding peroxidase conjugate
• incubate 30 minutes at 37ºC
4. Wash 4 times, add TMB substrate
• incubate 15-30 minutes at room temperature
5. Add Stop solution, read the plate at 450nm
• calculate results
